Meet Charlotte Frederick
Hi, I’m Charlotte, the founder of Mindful Moments. My journey to mindfulness wasn’t a straight path—it was one born out of chaos, stress, and the realization that life was happening faster than I could truly experience it.
For years, I was caught in the endless cycle of “busy.” Work deadlines, family obligations, and the constant pull of trying to do it all left me drained and disconnected from what truly mattered. I was living, but I wasn’t present.
It wasn’t until I found myself staring at my to-do list - stuck, feeling completely overwhelmed, at that moment, I realized something had to change. I took a deep breath—something I hadn’t done with intention in far too long—and I decided to pause. That small moment sparked something big.
I began exploring mindfulness, not as a buzzword, but as a lifeline. Slowly but surely, I discovered how taking just a few moments each day to breathe, reflect, and be fully present could transform not only my productivity but also my sense of joy and purpose.
I created Mindful Moments to share these powerful, simple practices with others who feel like life is moving too fast. It’s for the busy professionals, the multitasking parents, and anyone who feels like they’ve lost touch with the joy of the present moment.
Through workshops, coaching, and digital courses, my mission is to show you that mindfulness isn’t about escaping life—it’s about fully embracing it.
When I’m not helping others discover their own mindful moments, you can find me spending time with my family, traveling and spending time in nature. These are the moments that ground me and remind me why this journey matters.
