Women’s Wellness & Cultural Retreats

We believe life is all about balance.  In today’s fast-paced world, it can sometimes feel near impossible to strike a balance between the chaos of work, family commitments, and everything in between.  In the midst of all of that, we tend to go through the day on auto-pilot, simply trying to survive.

Is that how life should feel?

At our retreats, we invite you to reconnect with the simple joy of living in the beautiful Provence region of the South of France.  We invite you to move your body through intentional morning yoga and breathwork, savor delicious meals prepared by a private chef right in our villa, breath in the lavender scented air as you tour around on a bike, wander the famous Provençal markets and meet local producers and artisans while finding unique treasures, and taste the region’s unparalleled wines with local experts.

In addition to our planned activities, you can expect to experience meaningful connections, time to soak in the beautiful villa’s amenities and grounds like the pool and spa treatments, and an overall sense of reconnecting with yourself in order to rediscover the joy of LIVING.

We’ll handle all the details - we have over 25 years in the event and hospitality business after all!  All you’ll need to do is book your flights and get excited.
